Best of Forced Perspective

Both photos below are from a student named Melanie. I like both pictures taken and like the creativeness behind them both.
The first photo I like because it shows a student holding a leaf like it's a big fan. I also like this photo because there's not much wrong with it. The one thing I think that could've made the photo better is if they edited out some of the things in the background such as the tree and car. But the camera seems to have the right settings because the student and leaf are both relatively in focus. So, I would just suggest for them to erase some things in the photo.
The second photo is my least favorite of the two photos. It's my least favorite because of the angle the picture is taken. Since it was taken the way it was, it makes the crocodile look very out of proportion and the student also doesn't look like they are really touching the crocodile. Also, the crocodile is sort of blurry which means that their camera settings were not right. So overall those are a few critiques I have on this photo.
For my critique I've listed a few suggestions but overall both of the photos are great.
